Jairus-Joaquin马修斯

Jairus-Joaquin马修斯, PhD-CCC-SLP, is a certified and licensed speech-language pathologist and associate professor in Speech-Language Pathology. He has practiced in public schools, 老年人家庭保健, 私人诊所, and the hospital setting. He has also worked with business professionals on accent training and professional athletes on communication training. Dr. Matthews teaches courses in assessment of communication disorders, counseling in communication disorders, communication disorders in multicultural populations within a global society, neurogenic communication disorders, 还有声音障碍. His research interests are in the areas of culturally responsive assessment, the recruitment and retention of underrepresented students, and the experiences of men students and professionals in women majority professions.
